Circular Srl in line with its mission to put people at the centre and promote the social dimension of sustainability within organisations, Circular Srl delivered a training session on gender equality in the workplace at the headquarters of Banca San Francesco – Credito Cooperativo.
The initiative is part of an ongoing collaboration between Circular and Banca San Francesco, aimed at fostering a more equitable, inclusive and people-centred organisational culture, with the goal of supporting the bank in achieving gender equality certification.
