Circular supported Banca San Francesco – Credito Cooperativo in its journey towards obtaining the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification, assisting the Bank throughout the various activities required by the certification process.
These activities also included awareness-raising and training initiatives on gender equality, inclusion, and the prevention of stereotypes and discrimination. In this context, Circular delivered a full-day training session at the Bank’s premises focused on the principles and key topics of the Reference Practice, helping to strengthen internal awareness and promote an organizational culture increasingly oriented towards equity and inclusion.
